2024 T3 Aluminum

When the temperature is higher than 125°C, the strength of 2024 alloy is higher than that of 7075 alloy. The forming properties in the hot state, annealing and new quenching state are relatively good, and the heat treatment strengthening effect is significant, but the heat treatment process requirements are strict.
The corrosion resistance of 2024 t3 aluminum is poor, but it can be effectively protected by covering with pure aluminum. 6061 T6 Aluminum
The main alloys of 6061 aluminum sheet are magnesium and silicon, which have medium strength, good corrosion resistance, weldability and good oxidation effect. It is widely used in various industrial structural parts that require certain strength and high corrosion resistance, such as the manufacture of trucks, tower buildings, ships, trams, railway vehicles, furniture, etc.
7075 T6 Aluminum
After solution treatment, the plasticity of 7075 t6 aluminum is good. Its heat treatment strengthening effect is particularly good, which has high strength below 150 degrees, and has particularly good low temperature strength. However, it is of poor welding performance and has stress corrosion cracking tendency.
The main alloy of 7075 aluminum sheet is zinc, which has high strength, good mechanical properties and anode reaction. It is mainly used to manufacture aircraft structures and other high-stress structural parts that require high strength and strong corrosion resistance, such as aircraft upper and lower wing panels, stringers, etc. It is also widely used in mold processing, and mechanical equipment.
